Jill becomes the star of a roller derby team when she goes undercover to investigate the mysterious death of skating champ Karen Jason, who is killed after being forced over the guardrail and into the audience during a rough and tumble race. The client believes Karen was murdered, despite the police report stating that the death was accidental. In search of clues, Sabrina poses as a state insurance investigator, Kelly as a pushy writer for a national magazine, and Jill romances the team owner.
- Guest star: Dick Sargent
- This episode provides clear evidence that Charlie has the Angels under some sort of surveillance, as he for reasons left unexplained (or even commented upon) knows about Kelly's car having a bomb attached to it within only a couple minutes of it happening, and he knows that Kelly has fled the car without the suitcase. (This is 1976, remember; the technology one might find in use today to remotely detect a bomb did not exist.)
