Angels in the Stretch
While vacationing in Arizona with Kris’s family, the Angels learn that gangsters have taken all the women in the small town hostage in exchange for one of their strongmen. The Angels dress as elderly women to attack the gangsters and free the captured women.
Complications: A federal fugitive, George Camaris, was apprehended near where the Angels wanted to spend their long weekend in peace and quiet.
Romantic Entanglements: none
Outcome: Two of the five criminals were killed and the rest were apprehended and turned over to the sheriff.
After Sabrina has apprehended a criminal and is holding him at gunpoint, Bosley rushes in (with a much smaller gun) and shouts "Hold it!" He acts as though he's saving the day even though Sabrina already saved it.
Kelly: Bosley, level with us. Are you actually picking up the tab for the whole three days in Arizona, food and lodging?
Bosley: Well, no, uh, not actually. Charlie's paying for this little Western vacation. Personally, I feel his actions are dangerously generous.
Kelly: Meaning he'll spoil us.
Bosley: Meaning that a smart detective is a hungry detective.
Things of NoteEdit
- One of the more violent of Charlie's Angels episodes as Kelly is shown shooting and killing two of the villains (Bosley pronounces them dead afterwards).
